Customer Service Representative

Job Responsibility:

-Educate customers on proper use and care of Miele products. 

-Provide application training of Miele products to customer.

-Handle typical business cases to ensure satisfaction of consumers, e.g.

Service requests,

Complaints,

Orders,

Information requests,

Arrange appointments with the consumer

-Sell Miele accessories, care collection and service products.

-Make call centre activities related reports.

-Conduct happy call and generate customer satisfaction KPI report

-Backup of Service Admin (Spare parts management, Maintain consumer database).

Qualification:

-Academic degree in University and College

-Workable English

-Excellent communication skills

-Consumer Orientated

-Ability to cope with demanding situation
